Outstanding customer service! I live in Southern California and my car broke down while in Fortuna visiting family. I had to return to SoCal and left my car with Rochas. They checked in with me every step of the repairs and kept my car until I could return to pick it up. Everyone is exceptionally friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend them

I was very happy with the service and how quickly I got in and out. I intend to bring all my vehicles (3) in for any needed repairs and take any questions I have about maintenance to them. I think they'll be great at keeping them in tip-top, safe condition. In fact, I'll be bringing in my pickup for a possible tune-up very soon. I trust them to tell me if it's necessary or not.

Very professional. Battery died and they were able to work the car in and had it finished the next morning. Included an oil change and other items as well as systems review. Can trust that the work will be done right. My son, Brian Ontiveros, recommended their shop when we moved here a year and a half ago. He has an engineering business in Fortuna. OK. Just to let you know we had a second opinion done on the hub of the truck. It doesn't need to be replaced yet. "There is barely anything wrong with it. Also, we got a $500 estimate to have it fix when and if we do. You want $1000. Was your estimate correct ? That is quite a bit of difference.

So far everything would appear to be in fine shape. The only thing I might suggest when reporting issues from an inspection would be more detailed info so I can better make a decision as to the urgency of the issue. For instance an inter tie rod has some play. It will be $???.?? this much to replace it. I don't know what some play means exactly. Is it a little or a lot. Do I have some time or is it needed right away. I was able to ask questions and determine that it was not too urgent. I would have rather been given that info to begin with. I want my mechanic to be considerate of my wallet and my cars needs. Then once that trust is built I can trust when they say to do something it is necessary. Thank you Scott Wagner

Rocha's is always helpful in getting our vehicles in for service or repair in a timely manner, and they're always fair. The customer service is friendly, and accommodating. I love that they will provide a shuttle service to and from my home if needed.

I had a transmission problem with a Chevy Silverado. I was in a sort of panic mode because it is fishing season and I needed to tow my boat. I called and got an appointment for the next day. They looked everything over told me I had a few other things that could use fixing and that they could order the parts and have my truck worked on the next day at 8 am. Bam! She's purring like a kitten and shifting smooth as butter. Disaster narrowly overted and fishing season resumes. Good work, good price, what's not to like. Will definitely use in the future.

We've had numerous issues with the engine light on the Ranger truck. Sometimes we take it in and if Rochas can't find anything, they don't charge us for diagnostics or anything. This time when we took it in, they found several things that needed immediate repairs, and some that could be put on a deferment schedule. It was all fixed within one day, and the truck has more power than it has in months.

A regular Oil change is what I asked for, but got a lot more.. Appointment was easy,they were ready for me, paperwork was ready (took about 30 seconds to drop off) I asked them to rotate the tires, and they said, sure, but we would have done that anyway... Picked it up, the bill was ready, plus a full safety check and list of a few things they noticed that may need attention in the months to com. A real pleasure dealing with these guys.

My husband went to his car, turned the key & nothing happened. He had to make an appointment & so used my car. I called AAA road side service, who came out within 1/2 hour. The battery was dead & so it was recharged. I went in and called Rochas Automotive to see if I could drive it over for them to look at. They greeted me at the door & immediately took the car. They replaced the dead battery & checked a few others things & I was out of there within 45 minutes. AWESOME service!!!!! Thanks, guys :)

I took my wife's car in for an oil change and a safety check, as she was about to leave on a long holiday trek. I received a call from Rochas listing the items they found in their safety check and then listed them in priority of safety. They gave me a quick estimate of the cost and discussed their methods of repair and their rationale for prioritizing. I authorized the work, the car was done within 30 minutes of the time promised, the actual bill came in LESS than the estimate, and my wife SAFELY arrived 900 miles away at her holiday destination. Her only comment upon arrival was that the car had never sounded, shifted or driven as good.

I moved to Fortuna in 2007. I contacted Rocha's soon after moving here to have my truck serviced. My wife and I were very impressed with the cleanliness of their shop and the way they treated us. Shortly thereafter we began taking all three of our vehicles to Rocha's for service. Ken and all of his staff are very honest, friendly and sincere. They have never suggested that we have any work done on our vehicles that I felt was premature or unnecessary. They will take the time to explain to you why certain repairs need to made and tell you what can wait. I have never felt in any way like I have been over charged for the work that was done. Rocha's also provides great customer service. They will give me a ride home if my vehicle will be in the shop for an extended period of time and they rotate my tires each time they service my vehicles. Rocha's garage is the best I have ever been to. I recommend them to everyone I know, they are great. I wish more businesses operated as professional as they do.

The greeting is like a friend you see in the community. I left the keys with someone i trust to take care of my vehicle and i went for a walk. The Riverside is a nice place to take the children for a walk and get a snack for me and them. We came back and sat in the waiting area for a few minutes. Next thing i know the car is ready and thanked them and proceeded on with my day.

Our family trusts all our vehicles to these guys because we know it will be done right the first time. Even if something does go wrong they stand behind the repair and take care of it right away. It is great to know that there is still a thing called integrity in the auto repair business. It is no fun spending hard earned money on maintenance and repairs but at least I know my money is not being wasted or thrown away at a place that does not have my families best interests at heart.
